“Bold moves” are on the cards in 2025 for iconic hospitality brand Four Seasons, its President and CEO Alejandro Reynal has promised as he unveiled a strategic growth plan designed to secure its position at the forefront of the luxury segment. Blending tradition and innovation, the new plan focuses on expanding the company’s iconic portfolio of hotels, resorts, and residences, as it also prepares to “redefine experiential travel across land, sea, and air” – notably with the launch of Four Seasons Yachts in January 2026. “We are honouring the foundational heritage that has made Four Seasons the irreplicable company it is today, while remaining focused on unlocking our full potential with a clear vision for growth,” Reynal said.

The company’s growth includes a development pipeline of over 60 projects globally, with the company planning to operate 180 properties by 2033. Key openings include the brand’s debut in Puerto Rico at Bahia Beach, as well as its expansion into key European, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets, with new properties in destinations such as Venice, Mykonos, Saudi Arabia. Recent milestones include the reopening of Four Seasons Hotel New York in December 2024. In addition to its hotels, Reynal highlighted the importance of the company’s growing branded residential portfolio. After 40 years of operating in the space, Four Seasons now offers 55 properties across 20 countries, with plenty more on the cards. Of the Four Seasons mixed-use development pipeline, 65% include a residential component.“At the heart of our success are our people – empowered and engaged employees who bring our renowned culture of personalised, caring service to life. With the strength of our singular luxury brand, we are well-positioned to seize opportunities, drive innovation, and build on our legacy of excellence,” he said. Meanwhile, it is the 10th year of operation of the company’s Private Jet Experience, which has achieved a 30% repeat guest rate and “record” guest satisfaction scores. The recent redesigned jet operated eight itineraries across 43 global destinations last year, with demand for its 2025 exceeding the same period last year. Looking ahead, excitement is building around the launch of Four Seasons Yachts, with the first vessel floated out by ship builder Fincantieri last week.
