Viking has unveiled its World Cruise itineraries for 2026-27, will the full 170-day voyage to depart Fort Lauderdale on 22 December 2026 aboard Viking Sky. Spanning six continents, the 170-day Viking World Voyage III will visit 41 countries with 82 guided tours and overnight stays in 18 cities. Viking Sky will end the voyage in Stockholm, Sweden, where it will arrive on 10 June 2027. “Our approach in everything we do has always been to focus on the destination, from our thoughtfully curated itineraries to our elegant small ships,” Viking Chairman and CEO Torstein Hagen said.
“Extended voyages like our World Cruises allow curious travellers to experience dozens of destinations, iconic landmarks, and rich cultures in one seamless journey, making them truly the adventures of a lifetime.”
The 2026-2027 Viking World Cruise will take guests through the South Pacific, New Zealand, and Australia, with stops in iconic destinations like French Polynesia and Sydney. The voyage will also journey through Asia, Africa, and Europe before concluding in either London or Stockholm. Shorter options include the 153-day Viking World Voyage IV from LA to Stockholm, the 142-day Viking World Cruise itinerary from Fort Lauderdale to London and the 125-day Viking World Discoveries from LA to London. Highlights of the Viking World Cruise include overnight stays in vibrant cities such as Zanzibar, Cape Town, and Casablanca, as well as cultural enrichment through onboard lectures and excursions. Guests will have the chance to explore destinations like Kauai, Hawaii, known for its lush valleys and waterfalls, as well as the Great Barrier Reef from Cairns, Australia. For those seeking a more in-depth experience, Privileged Access visits to cultural institutions and authentic local experiences are available. From now through March 31, 2025, Viking is offering special savings on 2026-2027 World Cruises including free business class airfare and transfers, US$4,000 in shore excursion credit, US$2,000 per couple in shipboard credit, complimentary Silver Spirits Beverage Package and more.
