As part of this strategic transformation, Atlas Ocean Voyages is launching a dedicated internal business development team to enhance trade partner support and nurture emerging key accounts. These changes reinforce the company’s commitment to deepening relationships within the travel advisor community while expanding its market presence.“This refined structure positions us for long-term success,” said James A. Rodriguez, President and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages. “By enhancing our engagement with key travel partners and streamlining our sales approach, we will continue to deliver exceptional results in the luxury expedition space.” Travel advisors can expect targeted engagement and enhanced communication in the coming months as Atlas continues to refine its partner support strategies. This strategic evolution underscores Atlas Ocean Voyages’ dedication to innovation, growth, and unparalleled service in the expedition cruising industry. Atlas acknowledged the contributions of Cathy Kusuma, the cruise line’s former VP of Sales, who has departed the brand. Galvan is the latest in a string of senior executives from Oceania Cruises to have exited the upper-premium cruise brand in recent months, highlighted by the departure of its Head of Sales, Nikki Upshaw last month, revealed by LATTE.
