Located in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, the hotel offers a tranquil urban retreat inspired by the Pacific Northwest environment.

Founder of 1 Hotels, Barry Sternlicht, emphasised the importance of sustainability in Seattle. “Seattle has always been a city that values sustainability, innovation, and connection to nature,” he said.

“With 1 Hotel Seattle, we’ve created a property that not only reflects the city’s natural surroundings but also champions our mission to redefine what luxury hospitality can be through sustainable practices.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_images_carousel images=”170429,170427″ img_size=”full” speed=”3500″ autoplay=”yes” wrap=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1739837604839{margin-top: 15px !important;margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1605829606612{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1605829610747{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]

“We’ve designed this property to be a sanctuary for travelers and locals alike—combining thoughtful luxury, biophilic design, and experiences that celebrate Seattle’s innovative spirit,” he said.

1 Hotel Seattle offers 153 guest rooms, including 45 suites, each designed to harmonise nature with luxury. The hotel’s biophilic design features natural materials like reclaimed wood and stone, creating a warm, organic environment. Guests will enjoy spacious rooms with natural light and spectacular city views, along with eco-conscious amenities.

The hotel’s culinary offering includes La Loba, a restaurant led by Chef Oscar Amador Edo, which celebrates a fusion of global flavours.

Sustainability is at the core of 1 Hotel Seattle’s operations, from waste diversion to eco-friendly room amenities. The hotel integrates energy-efficient systems and aims to eliminate single-use plastics, reinforcing its commitment to the environment.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1560229304502{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]
