The Ritz-Carlton, Perth has marked its five year anniversary with a special soiree that brought together owners, stakeholders, industry leaders and media for a special cocktail event. Since first opening its doors in November 2019, the hotel has cemented its position as a cornerstone of luxury hospitality in the Western Australian capital, marking the return of the revered Ritz-Carlton brand to the region. The celebration, held on 28 February, featured a carefully crafted menu by the award-winning culinary team at Hearth, led by Chef de Cuisine Brian Cole, highlighting local flavours from celebrated Western Australian suppliers. Guests also enjoyed cocktails from Songbird Bar, inspired by the birds of the region. The event offered a sneak peek into the future with a new chapter for Hearth in collaboration with long-time partner Fervor.
