The successful acquisition of Tokyo-based Destination Management Company RL Travel by Tweet World Travel has seen the DMC rebranded as Tweet Japan DMC, strengthening Tweet World Travel’s global presence and enhancing its expertise in the Asian travel market. Tweet Japan DMC will officially launch on 28 March 2025, ushering in a new era of premium and tailored travel experiences in Japan. The launch will coincide with the debut of Tweet Japan DMC’s new website, which will be available in English, Japanese and Chinese to ensure easy access to information and bookings for international travellers. Thuy Carroll, Founder and CEO of Tweet World Travel, described the launch of Tweet Japan DMC as the result of a “long-term vision” for the company. “The acquisition of RL Travel and the launch of Tweet Japan DMC allows us to bring our expertise in tailor-made and luxury travel to one of the most sought-after destinations in the world. Tweet Japan DMC will provide a wide variety of travel services designed to cater to different travel needs and styles. These services include tailor-made holidays, group tours, premium small group seat-in-coach day tours, and corporate travel. The company will also specialize in VIP and luxury travel, golf holidays, educational school tours, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Additionally, Tweet Japan DMC will offer comprehensive transportation services, ensuring that every aspect of a traveller’s journey is covered. The company highlighted its commitment to working closely with travel agents, tour operators, and wholesalers to deliver exceptional experiences. It recently became a Virtuoso partner with its travel products also available on major international travel platforms, including Klook, KKday, and Ctrip, making it easier for travellers worldwide to explore Japan. In celebration of the launch, Tweet World Travel is offering an exclusive discount of up to 15% on all Tweet Japan tours for bookings made between 24 March and 24 April 2025.
