W Brisbane’s suites transformed in extensive facelift

W Brisbane has unveiled its newly transformed hotel suites – the largest and most luxurious in the city. Ranging from the 70 square metre Cozy Suites and 85 square metre Marvelous Suites to the expansive 200 square metre Extreme WOW Suite, the refurbishment of all 32 suites has created a more vibrant and playful space catering to guests’ desire to languish longer in the generously sized rooms. The hotel’s design narrative ‘A River Dreaming’ is woven through the suite design, blending references to the natural and cultural significance of the Brisbane River with references to the bustling city. Curving forms represent the ebb and flow of the waters, whilst earthy tones of terracotta and eucalyptus are reminiscent of the natural soil banks by the river and the distant green hills all the way to Mount Coot-Tha that can be seen from the suites’ floor to ceiling windows.

Meanwhile, metallic artwork and custom soft furnishings are a nod to the city lights reflecting off the river at night. Beyond the completed renovation, W Brisbane has launched a series of personalised in-room experiences to enhance guests’ stay even further.
