For the first time in nearly a decade, French Riviera landmark Le Beauvallon will welcome guests this summer as it transitions from a private events venue to a classic hotel ahead of its rebadging under the prestigious COMO brand. The Belle Epoque hotel will open from 1 July 2025 to 31 October 2025 for bookings for its 25 sea-facing suites overlooking the Bay of Saint-Tropez – the first phase of a two-phase project with COMO to usher in a new era for the historic hotel which first opened in 1914. The second phase will see the property reopen in 2026 as COMO Le Beauvallon. “When we open COMO Le Beauvallon in 2026, it will be a key milestone for the brand to operate in one of the most exclusive destinations in the world, each of our hotels defined by their prime position, from Mayfair to the UNESCO-protected Alpe di Siusi,” Olivier Jolivet, CEO of COMO, said.In the lead-up to the full rebrand, COMO will launch a new culinary experience at Le Beauvallon’s iconic beach club in summer 2025 for guests to sample. The venue will serve “an inventive fusion” of Asian and Mediterranean flavours, served with panoramic views of the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Culinary direction for the relaunch will come from “visionary” chef Yannick Alléno, described as the “most decorated talent in the Michelin Guide” with 17 stars to his name.
