KrisFlyer, the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group’s rewards program, will reduce redemption rates across its entire ecosystem from 1 July 2025. The enhancements will deliver more value to KrisFlyer members when they use miles and cash to offset the fares for SIA and Scoot flights, as well as better redemption rates for dining, shopping, and travel experiences through Kris+, KrisShop, and Pelago. Bryan Koh, Divisional Vice President Loyalty Marketing, Singapore Airlines, said: “These enhancements to the KrisFlyer redemption rates deliver more value to members, while making miles redemption more intuitive and consistent.
“Members will get more from every mile when booking flights, dining out, shopping, or enjoying travel experiences.”

Improved Mix KrisFlyer Miles and Cash Rate

The redemption rate when using miles to partially offset the total fare for SIA and Scoot flight tickets will improve to 100 miles per S$1, down from the current 105 miles per S$1. KrisFlyer members will be able to offset part of their fare with as few as 1,000 miles, compared to the previous minimum of 1,050 miles. KrisFlyer will also enhance and standardise its non-flight redemption rates across Kris+, KrisShop, and Pelago from 1 July 2025. These improvements deliver up to 50% more value when using miles for dining, shopping, and travel experiences.
