Monday unfolded under sunlight with breakfast at Olivina Restaurant, overlooking olive groves. A guided sensory tour of the estate’s agricultural heritage followed — with olive oil and wine tastings offering a deeper connection to the terroir.
After a leisurely afternoon, guests gathered for a private yoga session on the panoramic terrace, ending the day with a fine dining experience under the stars at La Rocca, Castelfalfi’s castle restaurant.
Tuesday, May 6th, was a soulful farewell — a final breakfast, one last taste of Tuscany, and a moment to breathe in the landscape before late check-out and onward travel.
