Adrian Clarke will return to the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) fold as the new Sales and Operations Leader for the Luxury Travel Collection (LTC). In this newly created role, Clarke will be based in Brisbane and report directly to LTC General Manager Nikki Glading. It represents a homecoming for Clarke, who previously spent 10 years with FCTG, including seven years with Travel Associates. During his tenure, Clarke was instrumental in leading a marketing transformation that delivered “remarkable commercial growth.” “I’m thrilled to be returning to FCTG, and even more excited to be part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking brand,” Clarke said.
“This role allows me to refuel my passion for travel while stepping into a new lane that challenges and grows me. I’m excited to reconnect with colleagues, contribute to our advisor and partner ecosystem, and help shape the future of luxury through LTC’s next chapter.”
Clarke’s most recent role was as Marketing & Commercial Manager for Virtuoso Australia & New Zealand, where he played a pivotal role during a period of rapid expansion for the luxury travel network. With more than two decades of experience in travel retail, partner strategy, and commercial leadership, Clarke brings both operational strength and a visionary outlook to his new position. Now, as LTC’s Sales and Operations Leader, Clarke will oversee the strategic direction of sales and business operations across LTC’s expanding ecosystem. His responsibilities include driving member performance and enhancing the group’s value proposition across Australia, New Zealand, and key international markets. “Adrian brings a rare combination of commercial acumen and luxury insight, with a deep respect for the advisor community,” Glading said. “His return to the business reflects our commitment to investing in top-tier talent and delivering meaningful value across every part of our house.”
