La Vie Hotels and Resorts welcomed Amanda Cottome to the role of Director of Operations – Pacific. Cottome brings more than 23 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality operations, service excellence and team development to the role. She joins La Vie Hotels and Resorts following her most recent role as Group Director of Brand Experience & Sustainability at Ovolo Hotels, where she led brand strategy, cultural engagement, and ESG initiatives across Australia, Hong Kong and Bali. Prior to this, she also served as Director of Operations for Australia, overseeing the performance of the group’s Australian portfolio.

Her operational leadership is further reinforced by her success as General Manager of A by Adina, where she launched the brand’s flagship property, and General Manager of Ovolo 1888 Darling Harbour, where she ensured the highest level of both guest satisfaction and team performance, through a hands-on, people-first approach.
