Silks Master of Cantonese cuisine, Pat Cheong, showcases the truffle’s unique taste and texture with dishes including duck wonton consommé with freshly shaved truffle and braised pork belly with black truffle sauce. At Modo Mio, these local delights are at the heart of Alasdair Thompson’s authentic Italian cuisine comprising of veal cappelletti with truffle-infused goats cheese fetta, truffle risotto with quail breast and a tempting truffle and marsala semifreddo. Connoisseurs will be spoilt for choice at Nobu with Leif Huru’s creations such as braised wagyu striploin with truffle teriyaki sauce, warm cured ocean trout with shiitake truffle crumbs and a truffle and honey parfait. Or at Bistro Guillaume, Robert Murphy’s enticing menu including donnybrook marron with octopus and truffle carpaccio, braised wagyu short rib with truffle jus and a divine truffle cheesecake is sure to satisfy.
