In addition, a Club Concierge is on hand to take care of guests’ needs, whether reserving the best table at their favourite restaurant, booking a spa treatment or confirming onward travel arrangements. Guests can also enjoy the private swimming pool, while those in need of a calm place to work can take advantage of personalised business services and Wi-Fi. Garment pressing and laundry (two items per day) are also included.

Cuisine is another highlight of The Ritz-Carlton Club® Experience, with guests invited to start their day with complimentary coffee served in their suite at wake-up call, followed by a gourmet buffet breakfast and chef’s à la carte suggestions at the Club Lounge. Light lunches and afternoon tea with all the trimmings are served during the day, while evenings are ushered in with hors d’œuvres and poolside sundowners, with a choice of house spirits, wine and beer. In order to make arrivals and departures as smooth and seamless as possible, Club guests are invited to check-in directly to their suite or villa, and check-out in the Club Lounge.
