Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia has revealed further details of Cruise360 2018.
Responding to feedback from CLIA travel agent members for more social media training, CLIA Australasia and Asia Managing Director Joel Katz has announced that this year’s conference will include a Social Media workshop by Jordana Borensztajn, a social media strategist, presentation skills coach and author of business-marketing book ‘Capture My Attention: How to Stand Out Online with Creative Content’.
During the interactive session, Jordana will take delegates through the changing media landscape and help them understand how to use relevant social networking platforms to grow their business and drive sales
In addition, panels of industry experts will host four breakout sessions including:
- Generation Cruise – helping agents understand the changing demographic of cruise passengers, and what cruise lines are doing to appeal to these passengers
- Reputation Management – providing practical advice on how to tackle customer concerns and address some cruise myths
- Does Size Matter – focussing on the growth of the small ship sector and the opportunities for cruise agents
- How to Make the Most of Your Partnership with the Cruise Lines – maximise the relationship between agents and cruise lines to help grow cruise sales
