andBeyond Exeter River Lodge has reopened in South Africa’s renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve following a refurbishment of its guest area.

Inspired by the botanical richness of their natural setting, the lodge’s redesigned public spaces incorporate organic shapes, added layers and natural textures.

Set on the banks of the Sand River, the structure boasts a new roof that blends naturally into the landscape, giving the lodge a light and airy ambiance.

The lodge’s new guest entrance now opens out onto unobstructed river views, and the spacious dining area – which includes an interactive kitchen – is divided into separate, more intimate spaces, creating a more personalised atmosphere.

Spread along the riverbank, the lodge’s eight luxury suites feature dramatic riverside views, generous spaces and elegant ensuite bathrooms with both indoor and al fresco showers.

There are also private plunge pools surrounded by spacious decks that overlook the river.

The lodge is located in an area renowned for its magnificent leopard sightings and offers some of the best Big Five game viewing in South Africa.
