El Corte Inglés revealed at ILTM Asia 2015 that it is inaugurating its sixth Gourmet Experience at Serrano 52 (corner with Ayala). This new two-floor space combines the latest culinary trends with the most select gastronomic products while also providing the best views of Madrid’s Golden Mile.

Offering exclusive market produce, the Gabstrobar Experience allows guests to enjoy cooking showcases throughout the day, savouring over 30 dishes from different cuisines, from deep-water rose shrimp ceviche to the best caviar.

This space includes the presence of David Muñoz with his restaurant StreetXo, who follows a street-food philosophy and uses both meat and fish, aromatic recipes that combine acidic, sweet and sour and spicy flavours and crunchy textures.

Roberto Ruiz’s Cascabel offers a menu with unique Mexican dishes and cocktails and Jordi Roca’s Rocambolesc offers a variety of organic ice-cream flavours. These three great chefs come together at the Serrano Gourmet Space so that customers can enjoy a seven-star experience, boasting over 800sqm, the best cuisine and a terrace with unbeatable views.
