VICTAS travel agents enjoying Mount Mat Chincang

Seven travel agents from Victoria and Tasmania were hosted on a seven-day famil to Malaysia by Tourism Malaysia, Malaysia Airlines and Berjaya Hotels & Resorts from 23 to 28 July 2015.

The group began the famil with a visit to the tropical island of Langkawi where the island’s natural beauty and heritage was promoted to agents with a visit to Kilim Geo Forest Park and Mount Mat Cincang.

Accommodation for the trip was provided by Berjaya Langkawi Resort set amongst rainforest and famous for its views of the emerald sea.

Following this, the group travelled to Kuala Lumpur where the agents enjoyed the entertainment, shopping and culinary offerings of the Malaysian capital, taking advantage of the conveniently located Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur in the heart of the city.

The famil enabled agents to receive first-hand experience of Malaysia as a destination and its offering for Australian travellers.
