A new luxury rail experience linking Hoi An and Quy Nhon in Vietnam is preparing to begin operation from 1 July 2020. The Vietage Train is a custom-designed opulent carriage with just 12 reservation-only seats. Passengers will enjoy a fully serviced bar, massage area or simply sit in their luxury seating areas and watch the culture, lush landscapes and spectacular coastlines of Central Vietnam glide by. The train will depart Danang Train Station near Hoi An each morning and makes the return six-hour journey every evening. Onboard, guests will be entertained by train staff with local cultural themes.Included in the US$185 per person one-way ticket is a welcome beverage, three-course lunch or dinner, snacks, drinks (soft drinks, beer or wine) and a 30-minute head and shoulder massage. The project is being led by the Minor Hotels Group whose brands include Anantara Hotels Resorts & Spas. Further details will be revealed soon, but for now, see thevietagetrain.com/
