Luxury Lodges of Australia has outlined the planned reopening dates of its member partners which had tentatively paused operations in March due to the coronavirus pandemic and imposed government travel restrictions.
“While there is still so much uncertainty across many parts of the world, in Australia we are seeing the first signs that we will be able to return to work, to interact, to travel, and for the lodges, to do what they do so well, look after guests. In short, bookings are open for most lodges,” LLOA Executive Officer Penny Rafferty said.
According to an update by the collection, the properties are slated to welcome guests back as follows:
Arkaba – 1 April 2021
Bamurru Plains – 1 March 2021
Cape Lodge – 29 May 2020
Capella Lodge – 30 August 2020
El Questro Homestead – 1 April 2021
Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley – 1 July 2020
Lake House – 5 June 2020
Lizard Island – 1 September 2020
Longitude 131° – 1 September 2020
Mt Mulligan Lodge – 10 July 2020
Pretty Beach House – 1 June 2020
qualia – TBC (bookings are being accepted online from 1 September 2020 however the date is not set in stone)
Saffire – TBC (website suggests 15 June 2020 but LATTE understands it may be September)
Sal Salis – 1 July (to Western Australia market, interstate market TBC)
Silky Oaks Lodge – 1 April 2021
Southern Ocean Lodge – 2022 (closed for rebuild)
Spicers Peak Lodge – 12 June 2020
The Louise – 1 August 2020
True North Adventure Cruises – TBC (operations currently paused until 30 June 2020)
