Ponant has introduced an online portal for travel agents and trade partners in Australia and New Zealand to assist them with their sales and marketing efforts to promote the luxury cruise brand. Training is incorporated as an important and integral part of the platform to ensure agents can access the best and latest resources to provide confidence when responding to clients’ needs. Deb Corbett, Commercial Director Australasia for Ponant, says the new ‘Ponant Pro’ zone is a one-stop destination resource, “providing access to a comprehensive range of marketing materials including social media assets, videos, brochures and our extensive image library”. “The sales team has also created our new ‘Ponant 10s’; a series of easy-grab informative 10-minute webinars covering such subjects as the Ponant fleet, life onboard, destinations and partnerships, with more subjects continually being added as we move forward,” Corbett added.
Ponant Pro also offers partners real-time access to inventory when making reservations. Other benefits include:
  • Marketing and sales tool kits
  • Destination assets including maps, videos, brochures and social media tiles
  • Special travel agent rates available
  • Special announcements and exclusive news
  • Training (such as webinars)
  • Access to photo library
