Melbourne Cup day begins with champagne and canapés on arrival. Following that, guests sit down to a five-course degustation Modern Australian lunch, including dishes like Butter Poached Yabby, Blue Swimmer Crab, Finger Lime, Lemongrass Essence, by Q Dining’s exceptional Executive Chef Daniel Simpson. A two-hour premium beverage package completes the race experience while the live action from Flemington Racecourse is screened.
